Returns / Exchanges

We at XOXOBYRILEY understand that children grow up so fast that sometimes, you can't keep up with their changing sizes. This is why we have put in place a policy that enables you make exchanges for size related issues. This means we will offer you a bigger or smaller size on what you ordered as the case may be.

We have a 24hour return/exchange policy, which means you have 24hours after receiving your item to request an exchange / notify us of your intent to exchange. Once this period has expired, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Exchanges will only be made for reasons that are size related. We do not make exchanges for reasons of preference.

You will also be required to pay a delivery fee for the exchange trip and a refundable fee, N2000, if the item is received back in excellent condition as delivered, this fee will be immediately refunded to you.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/discussing an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Examples are already worn / tried on white outfits, popsocks, socks, underwears such as panties, bags, accessories, etc. 


Refunds will only be given for the following reasons: 
- The item is significantly different from that described or ordered.
- The item is damaged or has defects 
-The item has not arrived within the promised delivery period of 5 working days

We reserve the right to refuse the return or refund of items when they do not meet the conditions outlined above. In the case of a faulty, incorrect or defective item please contact us within 24hours by emailing us at with full details of the fault and include pictures where possible. This does not include general wear and tear.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, therefore if your item doesn't arrive within our promised delivery period of 5 working days you will be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will not be given on packages that are delayed due to incorrect or unreachable phone numbers, incorrect or inaccessible addresses. Please double check your address details carefully before checking-out your order.


Exchanges (if applicable)

You are eligible for an exchange if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. If you would like to exchange your purchase for the same item, please send us an email at within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Return Shipping

We will provide you with return shipping information, please do not send your purchase directly to the courier company without first contacting us. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for the return of your item, unless it is faulty or defective. Shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable.
